RADIESSE®
Radiesse® is a dermal filler that contains calcium-based microspheres suspended in a water-based gel. It is approved by Health Canada for use in hand rejuvenation. In other areas, it may be used at the discretion of a licensed prescriber following a medical consultation.
Radiesse® provides immediate volume after injection, and in some patients, it may also stimulate collagen production over time. The calcium-based microspheres are gradually metabolized by the body.
Because of these properties, Radiesse® is sometimes chosen to address deeper facial folds or areas of volume loss. Suitability and results vary between individuals, and an in-person consultation is required to determine if this is an appropriate treatment option.
Longevity of results | COST | PACK OF 3 |
---|---|---|
Often reported at 12–18 months, though this varies by individual | $750/1 syringe | $1,950/3 syringe |
Important: Radiesse® is not suitable for all patients. Safety and suitability depend on individual factors, which should be reviewed during consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
