PLATELET RICH PLASMA (PRP)

PRP stands for Platelet-Rich Plasma. It’s a treatment that involves withdrawing a small amount of a person’s blood, processing it to concentrate the platelets, and then injecting this plasma into the face.
It is used to treat aging skin, dull and uneven skin tone, fine lines, and hyperpigmentation.

Plasma is the component of blood that contains healing and growth factors. When PRP is introduced into the skin, collagen growth is stimulated. Because it is using your own body’s plasma, there is less chance of allergic reactions.
