Sandy Xu
Founder & Advanced Injector
Sandy founded YYC Botox in 2021 and is passionate about helping clients achieve natural, refreshed results through safe, modern aesthetic treatments. She continually sharpens her skills through advanced workshops, hands-on training, and international aesthetics conferences.
Her treatment philosophy is rooted in precision, balance, and a strong understanding of facial anatomy. With more than 10,000 cases of experience, Sandy delivers results that enhance each client’s natural features while maintaining safety and comfort throughout the process. Her steady hands and thoughtful approach help clients feel confident in achieving their aesthetic goals.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Mickey.
Kathy Nguyen
Medical Aesthetician
Kathy is a medical aestheticians with over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. A graduate of Delmar College’s Clinical Esthetics program, she specializes in advanced treatments including chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, IPL, laser, and facial treatments.
Kathy is passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin by creating a supportive and educational environment. She’s excited to work with you to personalize a treatment plan and guide you on every step of your skincare journey.
Stephanie Grove
Nurse Injector
Stephanie is a nurse with 20 years of experience in women’s health, maternal support and general medicine. She completed her training in Dermal Fillers and Neuromodulators at Frida Academy in May 2024 and is excited to bring her skills to YYC Botox. Known for her calm, compassionate approach, Stephanie creates a safe and welcoming space where clients feel supported and empowered.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, traveling, and discovering new foods and cultures.
Yoobin Kim
Nurse Injector
Yoobin has nearly five years of nursing experience in Cardiac Neurosurgery and travel nursing, bringing precision and patient-centered care to every treatment. She discovered her passion for aesthetics through facial balancing and natural rejuvenation, where science meets creativity.
Drawing from her Korean background, she stays current with global beauty trends and tailors treatments to highlight each client’s unique features. Outside the clinic, she enjoys weightlifting, painting, knitting, and playing the flute, reflecting the same artistry and discipline she brings to her work in aesthetics.
Angelica Dyabanova
Medical Aesthetician
Angelica is a certified Medical Aesthetician and graduate of GlowUp Aesthetics Academy, trained in advanced treatments including IPL, Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, and laser therapy. With a strong background in customer service and hospitality, she brings professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail to every client experience.
Angelica is passionate about helping clients feel confident and radiant through education, consistency, and personalized care. Outside of work, she enjoys salsa dancing, fitness, and spending time with her family.
